Steganography

 NEW TRICK FOR HIDING FILE

Encrypting and decrypting any data has been very old fashion in today’s era. Technology has developed so much that these are something in reach of every Tom, Dick and Harry. So, to be an odd one out in this era, we have to do something new…like Steganography. This is an art of hiding data into data. Merely Steganography is an idea developed in 1950 by a chemical engineer who invented a new way to write with invisible ink between the lines, by scientist Morse. From that era, till today much more have been developed.

Steganography is the science of hiding information. Whereas the goal of cryptography is to make
data unreadable by a third party, the goal of Steganography is to hide the data from a third party. It’s the trick to hide any program or text file behind any text, audio, video or executable file. This means the file will remain same to you but the actual size would be increased. The moment you will double click the file to view, the hidden program will be executed automatically…sometimes even not informing you. This is one of the latest techniques for the hackers to peep into the victim’s workstation. The hacker will hide a monitoring tool server behind any image or audio or text file and share it with help of mail or chat. And as soon as we will double click it, the server program will be executed and get installed, and then the hacker will have a ball with the client part installed with him. Trust me he could do any dam thing to your workstation, which could harm you mentally, politically, publically, business or anything. There are various freeware tools over the website to get it done. Today no hacker uses his own skills to develop these programs, instead they use the free-wares developed by mastermind fools and leaving them on internet to download. To download Steganography Tools, just have a dig into the Internet and you will find a lot and lot. Or you could also go through this link… http://www.jjtc.com/Steganography/tools.html
